Now i have no clinical background, but i've worked at Pel minus. and id bet 50-1 that our buddy Norman here has some sort of developmental disability. I bet he's highly intelligent, only has self confidence when telling people how specific tasks are done and is only comfortable in his home where he keeps the shades drawn shut. When i walk past the Glory hole or the triangle club, i get the feeling that mugs and crazies are all about, kinda like how you can tell a tv is on because of faint white noise, even on mute.
